What enrolled students are saying about their experience with the "Empower Your ADHD" Course

“Thank you Cherry! You literally have EVERYTHING in there but somehow make it engaging, interesting, fun and not overwhelming (which was my biggest fear). I have been looking for something like this for so long. I absolutely love your course so far and have even been able to already use some strategies successfully that you recommended for emotional dysregulation!!! I have also started to be kinder to myself (which is not an easy task). It's so great to have someone who knows and understands ADHD do this because I feel like therefore you teach it in such a relatable and easy to follow way. Thank you so so so much! I can't wait to start the chapter all about Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria next. ”

“I absolutely love your course so far!! I have been increasingly struggling with ADHD in all aspects of my life and find that while I am really fortunate to have obtained a diagnosis and be on stimulant medication, I am still struggling with many aspects of ADHD (emotional dysregulation, prioritisation, self-compassion, the list goes on...). I did not realise my monthly hormone fluctuation would play such a big role in the effectiveness of the stimulants (having endometriosis does not help either), and I have not been able to find help for adults that I can actually afford. Then you released a course!! I started Chapter 0 recently, and just by learning more about my brain I am becoming more tolerant of myself! You do a better job at explaining it than many articles I have read as they tend to be impersonal and I often forget what I read, and then ask myself why am I like this haha! And now it is so easy to go back to excerpts I've previously watched to remind myself that I am only a human with ADHD, that I am not flawed, and that there are strategies that actually work. I cannot thank you enough! I am so excited for the rest of the course, and am looking forward to the first Q&A session soon!! Thank you for all that you do!! I was beginning to lose hope for myself as I'm barely keeping up with my studies and cannot afford more help outside of the medication I'm on, and now things are beginning to look more manageable! You are truly incredible and I feel so lucky to have found your page! 🧡”

“Hi, I've just started the course today, I'm only halfway through chapter 0 (I work very slowly yikes 😂) but I just wanted to give a MASSIVE thanks for sharing the course with us! It's incredibly informative and very easy to understand & very simple and easy to work through at my own pace. I have found myself having so many light bulb moments, I actually want to cry happy tears because I finally have information that easily explains how adhd affects me. Information like this is nearly inaccessible and written in a way that I can't process, I am incredibly grateful for this course, I can't find the right words to describe how happy I am that I finally found this, thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️ I'll share more feedback as I crack on with the course and develop my strategies, but I want to say that I already think that the course will help me cope a thousand times more than the actual service I am with (obviously there are wider circumstances at play, but the current support I get is medication- which in itself is now considered a privilege to get now and I am grateful- and a ten minute phone call and that's it, which is incredibly disheartening tbh). I cannot wait to carry on with the course, I already find it so incredibly valuable, and will continue to do so as I get stuck in. Anyways, sorry for the really long message, I want you to know you're absolutely amazing”

“I just wanted to say thank you so much for making this course. You literally have everything in there!! I have started doing a morning routine, and yesterday I actually made it out of the house when I said I would for the first time in a long while! Thank you again.”
