This is one of the biggest and most important first steps in your journey to feeling empowered WITH your ADHD. Because the biggest change happens once you know about your ADHD brain - how ADHD impacts you, your brain, your behaviours and ultimately what struggles and strengths that come with it. Because once you know the ins and outs you can start to let go of the shame and guilt that unfortunately often comes with having ADHD as an adult. This program does not just teach you about your brain, solutions and strategies but also aims to validate your difficulties and make you feel less alone as I vulnerably share my own experiences alongside the program. Throughout the course I am emphasising self compassion and kindness that unfortunately most of us have to learn first. But don't worry, having designed this course as someone who has been through all of this alongside a Doctor in Psychology and experienced ADHD coaches, it will guide you through starting a journey of self compassion too.
